Mr. Steve Carbon has spent the last eight years in education, serving both as an educator and a leader. A lifelong learner, he recently earned his MS in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on innovation. His career includes roles at notable organizations such as Nestlé Foods, Kikkoman Foods, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Beiersdorf. Most of his professional experience has been in leadership positions. In his first role as a Global Accounts Manager, he led a global team of engineers, scientists, and statisticians to significantly improve packaging processes. In his twenties, he became a recognized international expert in flexible packaging. Subsequently, he spent 14 years building a successful building services company that pioneered green cleaning through innovative methods. In his mid-40s, he transitioned to education, applying his knowledge to empower students. He is passionate about learning and believes that education can help individuals achieve peace, happiness, and success. His leadership style focuses on strengths-based leadership, integrating positive psychology, as he believes that in an innovative, AI-driven global market, students and organizations must leverage their strengths.

Ms. Tra Khuc has over 15 years of experience in higher education in both the United States and Vietnam. She holds a PhD in Education from Colorado State University (USA), a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Columbia University (one of the eight Ivy League institutions in the United States), and a Master’s degree in Teaching English from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City. Throughout her teaching career, Ms. Tra Khuc has held a wide range of roles, including Department Head, Course Leader, English Lecturer, Personal Development Program Instructor, and Academic Advisor. Her experience supporting both secondary and university students in the U.S. and Vietnam has given her 1deep insights into students’ academic development and success in multicultural contexts. Her research focuses on curriculum design, assessment, and personal development—areas that directly support the mission of fostering students’ holistic growth, both academically and personally. Ms. Tra Khuc is a recipient of the Fulbright Scholarship from the U.S. government for her master’s studies, along with other prestigious scholarships such as AAUW (one of the longest-standing international scholarship programs for women), DAAD (a short-term scholarship from the German government), and P.E.O. (an international scholarship awarded by P.E.O. International).
